Order Cancellation
Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may reach out to our support team to start a return. Once returned, we can process a refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
You may request a reshipment or refund if the order is lost in transit.
If you selected "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing", we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

We proudly offer international shipping services. Some countries may be excluded; if that applies, we’ll contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Calmera is not liable if an incorrect address is entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping info before placing the order. If our team makes a mistake, we will fully cover the replacement.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for custom fees after shipping. By purchasing from us, you accept the possibility of custom charges upon arrival.

Some carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking info. If it’s been longer, please contact us.
